Minutes before the trade deadline on October 14th, the Cowboys completed a deal with the Detroit Lions to bring wide receiver Roy Williams back home to Texas where he starred at Odessa Permian High School and The University of Texas.  Now in his fifth NFL season, Williams already enjoys the reputation as a big play weapon.  Now the Pro Bowl player joins an offensive arsenal that’s already loaded with the likes of Terrell Owens, Jason Witten, Marion Barber and Tony Romo. 

For Williams who played on losing teams in Detroit, the only thing better than returning to his home state where he grew up idolizing the Cowboys is the opportunity to play on a star-studded team with Super Bowl expectations.
