Pro Bowl Players Dedicate “Fitness Zone” at Arlington Salvation Army Community Center



A week after the Cowboys Rookie Club painted the new Youth Fitness Zone at the Salvation Army Community Center in Arlington, veteran Pro Bowl players arrived to formally dedicate the fitness area underwritten by the Gene & Jerry Jones Family Charities.  Pro Bowl players DeMarcus Ware, Roy Williams, Ken Hamlin, Andre Gurode and defensive captain Bradie James joined Cowboys vice president Charlotte Anderson and volunteers from United Way of Tarrant County for the official ribbon cutting.  The unveiling of the fitness zone was the last step in a project for the Dallas Cowboys/United Way Hometown Huddle, a project focused on preventing childhood obesity and promoting active lifestyles for youth.
