Planning a meeting can be fun and easy when you work with FUN CENTRAL™! We have a well-deserved reputation for helping planners deliver productive and memorable meetings and conventions. So, put us to work for you, and then relax! Housing
Housing services for groups using two or more hotels and 350 rooms on peak night is a complimentary service provided by the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau. We provide the most reliable Internet software for online reservations as well as fax reservations. All reservations receive personalized attention from the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau's Housing Coordinator. Registrations Clerks
On-site registration assistance is available and provided by professional, experienced, friendly, uniformed clerks. Registration assistance is complimentary based on four hours of service for every 60 rooms used peak night. Additional hours of service are available at a nominal fee. We ask that you confirm your need for clerks one month in advance. Name Badges
Two pin-on FUN CENTRAL™ name badges for each room on peak night consumed are provided at no charge for all attendees staying in an Arlington hotel. You may request one clip-on badge per room night instead. Additional badges are available for a nominal fee. Tour Guides
The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau can provide you with a list of local companies that provide step-on guide service. Special Activity Planning
Let the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau assist with the coordination of special group activities, children's programs, entertainment and spouses' programs. Public Relations Assistance
The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau's Communications Department offers a variety of free services and products to help you promote your event and build attendance. The FUN CENTRAL™ branding icon, photography and narratives are available online. Our tourism video is readily available on CD-ROM, VHS and Beta. We will issue your press release to the local media. The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau offers assistance in arranging a welcome address from the Mayor of Arlington, or other city officials, as well as obtaining welcome letters from the Mayor. Shuttle Coordination
Coordinating bus transportation to off-site venues for groups meeting in Arlington is a complimentary service provided by the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau. Cost for transportation will be incurred by the contracting organization. Please refer to the Trolley page for information on how to qualify for complimentary trolley service. Brochures
To promote attendance at your Arlington convention, the Bureau will provide a limited number of promotional brochures and attendance builder postcards. On-site distribution of Visitors Guides is complimentary based on peak room nights consumed. Other materials such as attractions' brochures are available in limited quantities. Plastic Bags
